From high-end retail to classic sports, Sportco gives you the ability to achieve virtually any look with your apparel.  Traditional appliqué has been around for many years, but innovations in the use of lasers has brought an array of hot new looks to retail.  Now your brand can have these looks.

Our state of the art technology allows you to choose from a wide variety of fabrics, colors, stitches and application techniques.  Appliqué can be used in combination with screen printing and direct embroidery, or alone to create a traditional or trendy look.

Types of Applique Stitches

At Sportco, we offer three different types of appliqué stitches: zig-zag stitch, bean stitch, and satin stitch.  Below you can see examples of each.

Applique Materials

Sportco offers a wide variety of appliqué materials from traditional tackle twill to our softer materials like cotton twill that gives you that “lived-in” look. All of our stock materials are listed here, but if you don’t see what you’re looking for, just call us and we’ll work with you to find the right match. Specialty materials may be subject to additional charges.
